About Multiplication Race
Multiplication Race is a free practice game for kids learning their times tables. Each level adds a new family: x2 and x5 first, then x3 and x4, the harder x6–x9 tables, and finally the full mixed 0–12 tables. Children answer fact questions to push their runner toward the finish line before time runs out.
Why it works
- Fluency through repetition: short, repeatable rounds build automatic recall of times tables — the foundation for division, fractions and later math.
- Bite-size sessions: a level takes 1–2 minutes, perfect for car rides, breakfast, or a classroom warm-up.
- Low pressure, high feedback: wrong answers nudge the runner back without ending the game.
