Custom products will be handmade and thus take longer to arrive to you than usual products. Orders will be handmade and shipped to your doorstep within 10 to 14 work days.

As our products are made-to-order, customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement for:

  • errors which occur from a typing error or face image positioning you may have made when ordering;
  • defects that are the result of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use;
  • or if you have changed your mind

Our customers use all kinds of spelling variations for names, so it is impossible for us to know if it is a mistake or just different. So please ensure spelling is checked before an order is completed. All our products are made-to-order, according to your specifications, so we can’t accept returns where the customer has simply changed their mind.

If the product arrives defective, we will reprint and resend it free of charge. Please  send us an email with your order number, the picture(s) of the product(s) you received and detailed description of the problem.

Damaged/Misprinted Items can be replaced within 7 days from the arrival date of the order. After 7 days, Kids Online is not responsible for replacing any damaged or misprinted items.

Due to our fast turnaround time, any Changes or cancellations to orders will be accepted within 24 hours after an order is placed.

Please include order number and list of items to cancel or modify in the email to support@kidsonline.com.

If you insist on canceling after 24 h, and your order has not been shipped yet, we can refund you 25% of the total order price which will be applied to cover the design, material and labor costs. Your request will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation with the refund amount.

If you have an issue with your order, please send us an email with your order number and the picture(s) of the product(s) you received and our team will be happy to to look into it and make sure we get it resolved ASAP.
