One rainy day, Samantha looked out the window and gasped. A bright, colorful rainbow stretched across the sky, more dazzling than any she had ever seen! Samantha felt super curious and put on her shoes to follow it. At the end of the rainbow, Samantha found something amazing—a swirling, shiny portal!
---
Taking a big, brave step, Samantha went through the portal. Wow! {Pronoun} had entered a magical land with sparkly flowers and rolling green hills. A shiny unicorn with a silver mane trotted up and said, "Hi, I’m Luna! Welcome to Unicorn Valley!" Luna smiled. "This is where we take care of all the colors in the world!"
---
Luna looked worried and said, "Something bad has happened." She showed Samantha a big, empty fountain. "Our Color Crystals are gone, and without them, the colors everywhere will fade!" Samantha wanted to help right away. "Let’s find the crystals!" she said.
---
Luna and Samantha met a little blue dragon named Spark. "Oops," Spark said shyly. "I was playing and knocked the crystals out of the fountain. They went everywhere!" Spark flapped her wings. "I’ll help you find them!" Together, they set off on their adventure.
---
Spark led them to a sunny meadow. The first crystal was there, but glowing butterflies were all around it. "They think it’s a flower," Spark whispered. Luna and Samantha waved gently to show the butterflies it wasn’t food. The butterflies flew away, and Samantha picked up the crystal.
---
Next, they found a hollow log in the woods. Inside was the second crystal—and a tiny hedgehog! The hedgehog was curled up right next to it. "It’s okay," said Luna kindly. Samantha held out a shiny acorn, and the hedgehog happily rolled away. Now they had two crystals!
---
After walking a little farther, they came to a sparkling river. The last crystal was floating on a lily pad in the middle of the water! "We’ll have to get it!" said Luna. Spark carefully blew a small puff of air to push the lily pad closer to the shore. Samantha reached out with a long stick, gently pulled the crystal closer, and grabbed it. "Got it!" she cheered.
---
With all three crystals, they hurried back to the fountain. But when they put the crystals in, nothing happened. "They’re in the wrong order," Luna said. Samantha looked at the crystals and saw they sparkled in different colors—red, blue, and yellow. {Pronoun} put them in the right order, and the fountain began to glow!
---
The fountain sprayed sparkly water high into the sky. The rainbow grew brighter and brighter, and colors returned to Unicorn Valley. "You did it!" cheered Luna. Spark twirled in the air, puffing glittery smoke. The whole valley looked shiny and magical again, thanks to Samantha!
---
Luna and Spark walked Samantha back to the portal. "Thank you for saving our colors," said Luna. "The rainbow will always bring you back to visit!" Samantha waved goodbye and stepped through the portal. Back home, she smiled at the rainbow, remembering the magical adventure. And every time she saw a rainbow, Samantha thought about magical adventures in Unicorn Valley—and one day, she knew she would go back to visit.
