One chilly evening, John found a shiny red envelope on his porch. It was from Santa! Inside, the letter said, “Dear John, I need your help! My sleigh can’t land in a village with no snow. Will you help me save Christmas?” John was so excited and shouted, “Yes, I’ll help!”

The next morning, a reindeer with a shiny bell around his neck appeared outside John's window. “Hi, I’m Pip, Santa’s helper!” he said with a big smile. “Let’s find the magical portal to the North Pole!” Pip led John to a sparkly circle of light in the woods. Together, they stepped through the portal and appeared in a snowy wonderland.

In the North Pole, John saw Santa’s workshop filled with busy elves wrapping presents and building toys. One elf ran up with a big red sack of gifts. “This is for the snowless village!” the elf said. John felt happy to help, but then Santa walked over with a worried look.

Santa said, “Without snow, my sleigh’s magic won’t work in that village. John, you’ll have to deliver the presents by foot!” John nodded bravely. Pip jingled his bell and said, “Don’t worry, we’ll do it together!” With the sack of gifts on John's back, they waved goodbye to Santa and started their journey.

As they walked, they reached a glowing candy cane bridge. A tiny elf popped out and said, “To cross, you must answer my riddle!” The elf asked, “What falls in winter but never gets hurt?” John thought hard and said, “Snow!” The elf clapped with glee and let them cross the bridge.

Next, they entered a peppermint forest with trees that smelled so sweet. Suddenly, they heard a soft “meep!” It was a lost baby bunny! “I can’t find my home,” it cried. John and Pip helped the bunny find a cozy burrow, and the bunny’s family thanked them with warm hugs.

Soon, they came to a bubbling chocolate river. “How will we get across?” John asked. Pip spotted giant marshmallows floating nearby. “We’ll use these!” he said. They hopped across the marshmallow stepping stones, giggling as they made it to the other side.

Finally, they reached the snowless village. The houses looked cozy, even without snow. Quietly, John and Pip tiptoed to each doorstep, leaving a present at every home. “This is fun!” whispered John, and Pip’s bell jingled softly as they worked.

The next morning, the villagers woke up to find the surprise presents! Their happy laughter rang through the air, and suddenly, sparkly snowflakes began falling from the sky. “It’s snowing!” the children cheered, running outside to play. John and Pip smiled, knowing they had brought joy and snow to the village.

Back at the North Pole, Santa gave John a big hug. “Thank you for saving Christmas!” he said. Pip jingled his bell and said, “I’ll visit you next year, John!” With a heart full of happiness, John stepped back through the portal and found his cozy home waiting. What an adventure it had been!
