One sunny day, Tim was exploring a quiet meadow filled with flowers. Suddenly, a loud sigh floated through the air. Curious, Tim followed the sound and found a big, green dragon sitting under a tree. “Hello,” said the dragon shyly. “I’m Puff. I have a secret—I’m afraid of heights, and I’ve never flown.”

Tim smiled kindly and said, “Don’t worry, Puff. I’ll help you!” Puff’s eyes grew wide. “Really? You’d do that?” Tim nodded and said, “We’ll start with small, fun challenges. I promise we’ll go slow, and you’ll feel safe.” Puff gave a small, hopeful smile.

For the first challenge, Tim took Puff to a spot where soft, fluffy clouds floated low to the ground. “Let’s hop on the clouds!” Tim said. Puff wobbled nervously as he stepped onto the first cloud, but it felt soft and bouncy. Soon, Puff started to laugh as the clouds gently bounced under his feet.

Next, Tim and Puff found a tall but sturdy tower. “Let’s climb this together,” Tim said. Puff gulped but followed Tim step by step. When they reached the top, they paused to enjoy the view. Puff’s heart still raced, but he felt a little more confident.

At the top of the tower, Puff nervously peeked over the edge. “It’s so high,” he whispered. “You’re doing great!” Tim said with a big smile. Puff took a deep breath and felt a tiny spark of bravery growing inside him.

For the third challenge, Tim surprised Puff with a colorful hot air balloon ride. Puff clung tightly to the basket at first, but Tim showed him how beautiful the world looked below. Slowly, Puff began to relax and enjoy the magical view of trees, rivers, and tiny houses.

As they floated through the sky, Tim said, “Puff, why don’t you try flapping your wings?” Puff blinked in surprise but gave his wings a little flutter. “That feels… nice!” he said, and for the first time, he started to feel excited about flying.

Back in the meadow, Tim said, “You’re ready, Puff! Spread your wings and give it a try.” Puff hesitated, so Tim climbed onto his back. “I’ll go with you,” Tim said. Puff smiled nervously, spread his wings, and gave them a big flap.

With Tim cheering from his back, Puff lifted off the ground. “I’m flying!” he shouted joyfully. Higher and higher he soared, feeling the wind rush past him. “This is AMAZING!” Puff roared, his fear melting away as he soared through the sky.

As the sun began to set, Puff landed gracefully back in the meadow. “I couldn’t have done it without you,” he said, beaming at Tim. “Now I can’t wait for more adventures up there!” The two friends laughed and made plans for their next sky-high journey as the stars twinkled above.
